- Start creating with your free credits
Credits are the currency used to generate AI content on our platform. Different AI tools and models consume different amounts of credits:
- Image Generation: Typically 1-5 credits per image
- Video Generation: Typically 10-50 credits per video
- Music Generation: Typically 5-20 credits per track
New accounts receive free credits to explore the platform.
- Credits are granted when you subscribe to a plan or make a one-time purchase
- For monthly subscriptions, credits are valid for 30 days and refreshed each billing cycle
- For annual subscriptions, credits are valid for 365 days
- For one-time purchases, credits never expire
- Credits are consumed on a FIFO basis — oldest credits are used first
Unused credits expire based on their validity period. We recommend using credits before they expire. Check your credit balance and expiration dates in Settings > Credits.
- Upgrade your plan for a higher monthly credit allowance
- Purchase additional credit packs from the pricing page
- Watch for promotional offers and seasonal discounts
We offer industry-leading AI models across three categories:
Video AI:
- Veo 3.1, Sora 2, Kling 2.6, and more
Image AI:
- DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion, and more
Music AI:
- State-of-the-art music and voice generation models
Tips for better AI content:
- Be specific — Detailed prompts produce better results
- Include style references — Mention art styles, moods, or references
- Specify dimensions — Choose the right aspect ratio for your needs
- Iterate — Refine your prompts based on results
- Use negative prompts — Specify what you don't want when available
- Images: PNG, JPG, WebP
- Videos: MP4, WebM
- Audio: MP3, WAV
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- Unused credits will still expire based on their original validity period
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with your account details and reason for the request.
- Go to Pricing
- Select your desired plan
- The upgrade or downgrade will take effect based on our billing policy
- Check your credit balance — insufficient credits will cause failures
- Try simplifying your prompt
- Try a different model
- If the issue persists, contact support
AI generation times vary based on:
- The complexity of your prompt
- The model selected
- Current platform demand
Video generation typically takes longer than image generation. If a generation takes more than 5 minutes, please contact support.
