3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
Maintain only one account per person

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using:

Email and password
Google OAuth
GitHub OAuth

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the Service
Remain inactive for extended periods

5. Acceptable Use

Generate creative content for personal or commercial purposes
Create marketing materials

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

Generate illegal content (CSAM, violence, etc.)
Create content that infringes intellectual property rights
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
Resell or redistribute access to the Service
Circumvent usage limits or credit systems
Generate content for deceptive or fraudulent purposes

5.3 Content Guidelines

You may not generate content that:

Depicts sexual content involving minors
Promotes hate speech or discrimination
Incites violence or illegal acts
Invades privacy or defames individuals
Contains malware or harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you generate
You grant us a license to process and store your content
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any input materials

6.2 AI VEO Content

All platform code, designs, and trademarks are our property
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

6.3 Commercial Use

Content generated on paid plans may be used commercially
Free plan content may have usage restrictions
You are responsible for complying with third-party AI model terms

7. Payment and Subscription

7.1 Pricing

Prices are listed on our Pricing page
We reserve the right to change prices with notice
All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated

7.2 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You can cancel anytime through your account settings
Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period

7.3 Credits

Credits are platform currency for AI generations
Subscription credits reset monthly
One-time purchase credits do not expire
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable

7.4 Refund Policy

New subscriptions: 3-day refund period
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Refund eligibility requires minimal usage (see full policy)

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Maintenance windows may cause temporary downtime
We are not liable for service interruptions

8.2 AI Content

AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations
We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI outputs
You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content

8.3 Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party AI models
We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of generated content
